Delivery Information

1. Shipping Options & Times

Standard: 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Express: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Timeframes exclude weekends/holidays and start once your order ships. Rural areas may require extra time.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 1pm local warehouse time are usually processed the same business day.

During launches or promotions, processing may take 1–2 extra days.

Heads up

Processing time is separate from the courier’s delivery time.

3. Track Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can also view status under Account → Orders using the same email used at checkout.

4. Change / Edit Address

Before your order ships

Go to Account → Addresses to update your default address and then open Account → Orders to edit the shipping address on the open order. If the edit button is unavailable, contact support immediately with your order number.

After your order ships

We can’t change the address once in transit. Options:
  • Request a re-route or pickup hold with the carrier via your tracking page (where supported).
  • Refuse delivery so the parcel returns to us for a refund/reship.
  • Contact us to discuss alternatives (fees may apply).

Updating your account address does not retroactively change the address for orders that have already been placed.

5. Order Changes & Cancellation

We start preparing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify items, contact us ASAP with your order number. If the order has already been picked or shipped, we’ll help with a return once delivered.

6. Delivery Issues

Missed delivery: Use the carrier’s tracking page to arrange redelivery or pickup.

Marked delivered, not received: Check neighbors and safe places first, then contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.

Damaged items: Send photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery for a quick resolution.

7. Split Shipments & Stock

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels. You’ll receive a tracking link for each shipment.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll ship the rest and refund the unavailable item.

8. International & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Transit times can be affected by customs processing. Tracking will update once cleared.
